This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) describes the cancellation and refund terms that apply to Bookings made through PaceDream LLC (“PaceDream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a Booking on the Platform, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms described below and in the applicable Listing.
PaceDream offers Hosts the ability to select from standard cancellation tiers for their Listings. The applicable cancellation tier is displayed on each Listing page and during the checkout process before a Booking is confirmed. Guests are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms before completing a Booking.
The following standard cancellation tiers determine the refund amount when a Guest cancels a confirmed Booking. All cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the Booking’s scheduled start time and are based on the local time zone of the Listing.
To cancel a Booking, navigate to your Bookings page on the Platform, select the Booking you wish to cancel, and follow the cancellation instructions. The applicable refund amount will be displayed before you confirm the cancellation. Cancellations are effective when confirmed through the Platform. We do not accept cancellation requests via email or phone.
Hosts are expected to honor all confirmed Bookings. If a Host cancels a confirmed Booking:
If a Guest or Host wishes to modify a confirmed Booking (e.g., change dates, times, or number of guests), both parties must agree to the modification through the Platform. If a modification results in a price difference, the appropriate charge or refund will be processed. If the parties cannot agree on a modification, the original Booking terms remain in effect, and the standard cancellation terms apply.
PaceDream may, at its sole discretion, override the standard cancellation tiers and issue refunds when a Booking is affected by extenuating circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Host or Guest. Extenuating circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
To request a refund under extenuating circumstances, contact us at info@pacedream.com with documentation supporting your claim (e.g., government notices, news reports, photos). PaceDream will review requests on a case-by-case basis and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. Our determination is final.
If you believe a refund was calculated incorrectly or have a dispute regarding a cancellation, please contact us at info@pacedream.com within 14 days of the cancellation. We will review the matter and communicate our determination. All disputes are subject to our Terms of Service.
PaceDream reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on the Platform and updating the “Effective date” above. Changes will not apply retroactively to Bookings confirmed before the change takes effect.
